Running Start to Finish!

Runners..it's that time of year again.  Runners will be training and preparing their bodies and equipment for those up and coming marathons.  Running to build up good lung capacity and maybe slimming down a bit to lessen strain on the joints.

Next some strength training to build up muscles and joints to eliminate injuries.  Plus, weight lifting is good for oxygen build up in the cells. Then daily stretching to loosen up those muscles. Drink  lots of water and get plenty of rest too.  Meals balanced with good carbs and protein.

Note: the best thing to do is have a good physical check up before it all begins.

The big day ..."Running Start to Finish" the sound of the starting gun. Off you go and now its hang in there till the finish.  If you are lucky and can hold up to the finish line is a dream coming true..  Now you are in site of the finish, but what a struggle.  You now wonder "can I make it still running or must I just crawl too finish"..  Wow, you have finally crossed it.. Happy but totally exhausted.

You know there's more too this than these short few paragraphs.  It takes determination and a lot of stamina.  I am just exhausted writing about this article.  I can't imagine running.

There's a big event coming up The Fargo Marathon will be May 7th - 9th at the FargoDome in Fargo, North Dakota. There will plenty events for all if you are a runner or not.  Their big claim to fame is the In Door Start-Indoor Finish.   Plus, One Rockin Marathon Party!  Be There........

What's this all to do with me you say?  Well I am a distributor for Natural Longevity.  We have a product called adaptogens that can help with tired, struggling bodies with aches and pains and a lot more.  here's a video that will explain and share testimonies of people who use it.
